Killbill Society
, directed by Srijit Mukherji, was unveiled in a grand celebration at India’s tallest watch tower. The event witnessed the presence of the film’s cast, including
Koushani Mukherjee, Sandipta Sen, Biswanath Basu, Arijita Mukhopadhyay, along with director
Srijit Mukherji and the crew. While the team dearly missed
Parambrata Chattopadhyay, who plays Mritunjoy Kar in the film, due to his personal commitments, his spirit and best wishes were very much a part of the evening.
The evening was a treat for music lovers, featuring electrifying live performances by renowned artists such as
Anupam Roy, Somlata Acharyya Chowdhury, Ranajoy Bhattacharjee, Durnibar Saha, Tamalika Golder, Sudip Nandy, and Sidhu (Siddhartha Ray).
The highlight of the event was the exclusive premiere of
Shondhe Naamey
, the third music video from the album. The entire album, comprising seven mesmerizing tracks, is now available for streaming across major audio platforms.
The night was a perfect blend of nostalgia and fresh musical brilliance. The celebration began with Anupam Roy performing Bhalobeshey Basho Naa before taking the audience on a journey with the timeless classic
